An Old Fat Guy's Journey to Weight Loss and Running a 5K

This blog is a journal of my journey to lose weight and run a 5k. I have lost a few pounds already and weigh 206 pounds. My target is 165 pounds. There is no magical substance or exercise plan to lose weight. Losing weight is this - eat less. Exercise just makes you more fit.

As I go along, I will log weight and running milestones, and anything I use for motivation or aids me in getting to my goal.
